Welcome to Rhythm Run AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rhythm Run AI mobile application (the “App”) and website at rhythmrunai.com (the “Site”), provided by Rhythm Run AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Key Points: Use the app responsibly. Always prioritize your safety while running. We provide fitness guidance, not medical advice. You retain ownership of your data.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Rhythm Run AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rhythm Run AI. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the App

Permitted Use

You may use Rhythm Run AI for personal, non-commercial fitness and running purposes.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the App.
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it.
  • Manipulate leaderboards, challenges, or social features through fraudulent means.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Important: Rhythm Run AI is a fitness tool, not a medical device. Always consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
  • Not Medical Advice: The App provides fitness guidance and pacing suggestions, not medical advice.
  • Exercise at Your Own Risk: Running carries inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for your physical safety.
  • Stay Aware: When running with music, always maintain awareness of your surroundings.
  • Heart Rate Accuracy: Heart rate data from wearable devices may not be medically accurate.
  • Stop If Unwell: If you experience pain or discomfort during a run, stop immediately.

6. Music Services

Rhythm Run AI integrates with third-party music services including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music.

  • You must have an active subscription to the relevant music service.
  • We do not store or redistribute copyrighted music content.
  • Music availability depends on your region and subscription tier.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its design, features, algorithms, and content, is owned by Rhythm Run AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • The Rhythm Run AI name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Rhythm Run AI.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.

8. User Content

  • You retain ownership of your personal data and content.
  • You grant us a limited license to display and distribute content you choose to share through social features.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your shared content does not violate any third-party rights.

9. Social Features & Conduct

When using social features, you agree to:

  • Treat other users with respect and refrain from harassment.
  • Not post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
  • Not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
  • Report violations through the App’s reporting features.

10. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

11. Termination

  • You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your license to use the App ends and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RHYTHM RUN AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rhythm Run AI operates.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” and notify you via an in-app notification for material changes.
