Agreement
By using Stridient AI, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account secure. Don’t share your login. You must be 16 or older to use Stridient AI.
Subscriptions & billing
Stridient AI is a paid subscription service. Billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple’s refund policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- Reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute the app
- Use automated systems to access the service
- Abuse support, spam us, or harass our team
- Upload or share content you don’t own
Intellectual property
All Stridient AI branding, code, AI models and content are owned by Stridient AI Ltd. You keep ownership of your workout data. We get a licence to use it to run the service.
Health & fitness disclaimer
Stridient AI is a fitness companion, not a medical device. Consult a qualified professional before starting any training plan. We’re not liable for injury or health outcomes.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime from in-app settings. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app and via email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
