Questions, feedback, something not working the way it should — one person reads every message and replies personally, usually within a working day.
getting the app
when does it launch?
On the App Store in September 2026. Founder pricing closes the day we launch. Want in before then? Apply for the TestFlight beta — first-timers get the same invite as elite racers.
which phones does it run on?
iPhone, on iOS 17 or later. Stridient works with just your phone. An Apple Watch adds wrist control and heart rate from your wrist.
is there an Android version?
Not at launch. Android is on the roadmap once the iPhone app is out and proven.
I applied for the beta — what happens next?
Every application is read personally. Your TestFlight invite comes by email from info@stridientai.com. If it has been more than a week, check spam and promotions, then email us.
music
which music services work?
Apple Music at launch, with YouTube Music following platform verification and Amazon Music in build. You need a paid subscription on the service you pick — Stridient plays your own library, it does not supply music.
what about Spotify?
It is built, tested and ready. Spotify opens platform access to apps once they have grown into it — the one part we cannot do on our own. Every runner who joins brings it closer, and the day they say yes, it is on.
do I have to build playlists?
No. Your own library is auto-categorised into heart-rate zones 1–5. Found a track anywhere else? Share → Stridient from any app and it joins your library with its tempo learned.
does it change how my music sounds?
Stridient chooses which of your tracks plays, and when, so the music matches your heart-rate zone, cadence and stride. Your tracks stay your tracks.
training and wearables
which wearables does it read?
Apple Watch and Apple Health, WHOOP, and Bluetooth heart-rate monitors directly. Garmin, Oura, Polar and Coros come in through Apple Health. Runs sync to Strava.
do I need a heart-rate monitor?
Cadence and stride come from your phone alone. Live heart-rate zones need a watch, a WHOOP or a chest or arm strap — without one, Stridient matches music to cadence and pace.
how do the training suggestions work?
Each morning the app suggests go, ease or rest, based on your recent load and recovery. It is a suggestion, not a prescription — you can always train anyway. Stridient is a training tool, not medical advice; if you are injured or unwell, speak to a professional first.
can I use it for intervals, races or hills?
Yes. Pick the session — easy run, intervals, a long steady effort or a race — and the music and voice coaching follow the shape of the work. Hills and rough ground are paced for the ground under you.
plans and founder pre-sale
is there a free plan?
Yes. Free gives you 2 music-synced runs a week, with ads before and after each run and a capped run length. Premium removes the cap and the ads: £7.99 a month or £57.99 a year (£4.83 a month). In the US, $9.99 and $69.99.
what does the founder pre-sale get me?
12 months of Premium at launch for £44.99 (or 6 months for £29.99), a Founding Member badge, early feature access and the lowest price we will ever offer. You pay once, securely via Revolut, and nothing more. Claim your founder price before it closes at launch.
I paid — where is my code?
Your unique redemption code arrives by email on launch day, from Stridient AI. Redeem it in the app under Settings → Redeem a Code and your founder months start that day. A receipt should already be in the inbox you paid with; if it is not there within 10 minutes, check spam, then email info@stridientai.com with the name on the payment and we will send it by hand.
how do I cancel?
Premium is an Apple subscription, so it is yours to manage: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Stridient AI. No forms, no calls, no questions asked.
account and data
what leaves my phone?
Only what you switch on. Usage analytics are opt-in and off by default. Sharing a run to the community, using the coaching chat or turning on iCloud sync sends the data those features need — nothing else. The full picture is in the privacy policy.
can I export or delete my data?
Yes, from inside the app: Settings lets you export everything you have recorded, and delete your account and data. Deletion removes your account on our side too — it is not just a local wipe.
does health data go to advertisers?
No. Health and workout data is kept apart from the ads on the free plan, and we do not sell it.
can I suggest a feature or report a bug?
Please do — email us anytime. Founding members and beta testers get a direct line to the founder and the first look at new features.
